Mike, you’ll never believe this, but I switched to using a 05 micron pen! I always hated pens and markers, but it turns out I’d never used one on bristol board before, and I love it! Haha! It speeds things up, it has a beefier line weight, and it’s easier to spot blacks here and there! Cheers, bud!

Wait, what were you using before if you weren’t using microns?

I was using a crow quill. 😛

Yeah, I know that feeling. I go as far as a 005 micron, in archival ink for the saturation. Nice work, you!

Sakura microns are the best for me. Lots of control!

Yeah, true, staedtler and micron are the best for bristol (graphite or watercolor are shitty with this paper).

I love this. It looks like She Dwarf is having a flashback to her first bath. Ya, dwarves don’ like water, being “hewn from earth and stone”. That, and the sink like rocks in water. So, of course, it takes a bubble bath to change her mind! Yay!
