Oooh man. I know our heroes have got this covered, well…. I -strongly want to believe- they have this covered, but I also wanna know who thought this represented peak dwarfyness and why. Because DANG.
You see, Dwarfyness is not just being close to the stone. It’s also a constant struggle to keep from becoming TOO close to the stone. For Dwarfs are not just stone, but flesh and blood as well- and to forget that life is to become nothing MORE than stone- to be a mere statue of a Dwarf, instead of a Dwarf itself.
Well that’s certainly one way of looking at it. Dang though I can’t wait for the next page!
