The cockatrice is blind? Such irony and I imagine that is a tragic thing for a cockatrice.
Perhaps I’m wrong, but this cockatrice look like very old.
I agree and it would explain why her sight went. All things go with age though I imagine that for her, losing her sight is a huge blow to her pride. I mean, she’s a cockatrice. It’s like being an elf and losing your hearing. Or being a wizard and developing Alzheimer’s or senility. It’s not funny. It’s sad and weight of that sadness is heavier for people who made themselves a name with that part of them they’re losing.
I imagine that I would be heartbroken too if I suddenly had problems with my hand and I’m an artist.

She-Dwarf is the bravest and kindest of dwarves. <3 She and Hack would be the best friends to have. Especially in a fight! 😀
